Makhosazana Mahlinza


I completed my Matric in 2006 at Tholokuhle High School. In 2013 I studied social work at the University of South Africa and obtained my degree in May 2017. I have worked at various organizations as a social work volunteer with the aim of integrating theory into practical and gain more experience. Namely Nicro, Othandweni children’s Home and ikageng. Currently I am employed at Conquest for life where I have gained more experience in assisting people find ways to help them and reconstruct. My work experience includes working with young people who are experimenting substances and people who are in conflict with the law. I held caseload of clients with different social problems, which includes drugs, behavioural problem and dysfunctional families. I worked as a mediator to encourage re-unification within the family. I have experience in facilitating youth development program as well as adult life skills.

Dunisani Baloyi


My name is Dunisani Baloyi born in the rural area at Malamulele hospital in Limpopo Province which is the north of South Africa. I grew up in the village called Ganadlanani and attended my school until I matriculated. I came to Johannesburg to study at UNISA and I am a registered SACSSP as Social Auxiliary worker. I had a passion of working with young to develop and make their environment favorable for their goals. Years ago I became interested on the programs run by conquest for life and applied anyone. I have grown mentored by the Director of Conquest for life Mr. Glen Steyn. Thru him I have to stay committed, reliable, accountability of my actions and how to build a sustainable development organization.

I have been supporting a vision of the organization working at schools, prisons and also in the community as whole. Through the years working at conquest has been very challenging and interesting.

Stephanie Kayser


Stephanie Kayser was born and raised in Riverlea extension, she completed my primary school at willeminah Hoskins, secondary Riverlea secondary school up until grade 10. She is a mother of 3 beautiful children 1 boy 2 daughters. She started working for Lascon Lightning, Presto light, Salwage. she was retrenched in 2010 and she started a small business in 2011 up till 2017 in 2018 conquest for life gave her opportunity up till today.

Tere-Lene Mekayla Andrews


Tere-Lene Mekayla Andrews is a 25-year-old young lady that grew up in Westbury and Riverlea. She was raised by her grandparents because she lost her mother at the age of 9. She matriculated from Westbury Secondary School in 2015 and took a gap year in 2016. She attempted to rewrite her Matric in 2017 but could not complete it due to some unforeseen circumstances. She started her working experience with St. Johns as a volunteer and they assigned her to volunteer at Conquest for Life. After that, she worked at a call center in Krugersdorp and I left the same year. She believes that she is a hard-working person and always tries to do everything to the best of her ability. She is a fast learner and can do any given task. She is currently working at Conquest for Life as a Youth Worker.

Conquest For Life is registered as the following:

- Section 21 Company/ Not for profit Company, Reg No: 1996 000027/08. In terms of the new companies act, the organisation is a Non Profit Company.

- With the Department of Social Services as o Not for Profit Organisation, Reg No: 005-415.

- With SARS as a registered section 18 Organisation, Reg No: 930 003 994 and as a Public Benefits Organization Reg No: RG/0243/08/04. In terms of this registration any member of the public “shall be allowed to be deducted from the taxable income of any taxpayer so much of the sum of any bonafide donations by that taxpayer in cash or of property made in kind was actually paid or transferred during the year of assessment.”

- Conquest For Life has an Exempted Micro Enterprise (EME) BBBEE LEVEL 4 status. All contributions “100% of your spend with this company can be counted as BEE spend.
